At CostCare, we know your employees' health is important to you. That's why we offer local businesses the opportunity to host affordable on-site wellness clinics for their employees. Every clinic includes individual employee testing and confidential results mailed to each employee. The intermediate and comprehensive options include personal on-site follow-ups with each participant.

BASIC OPTION: $50.00 per participant

Included Tests: CBC, CMP,  LIPID, TSH. (PSA for men over 50 yo, +$10)
Results Letter mailed to participants.

INTERMEDIATE OPTION: $75.00 per participant

Included Tests: CBC, CMP, LIPID, TSH. (PSA for men over 50 yo, +$10)
Results letter mailed to participant.
Individual on-site follow-up.

COMPREHENSIVE OPTION: $100.00 per participant

Included Tests CBC, CMP, LIPID, TSH, UA, PSA, Height/Weight, Waist Circumference and BMI calculation,  Blood Pressure.
Individual on-site follow-up.
