What is the wellness clinic?

CostCare’s corporate wellness team offers services that screen and test for a variety of health concerns.  Most importantly, the team comes to you! The primary aim of the onsite wellness clinic is to cater to your local business while aiding in the health of your employees. This service can detect early disease, reduce employee absenteeism, and create a culture of health in your organization.  Wellness screenings can be tailored to the specific business keeping effective time management at the forefront of the scheduling process.

After the wellness labs and vitals signs are completed each individual participant will either be contacted by phone or email from a CostCare medical provider who reviews all individual results.  For any emergent findings, the individual will be immediately contacted. Our providers will help individuals obtain follow up clinic appointments when needed. A printed report of the companies health metrics will also be supplied to the business when requested.

In most cases, CostCare can bill your employer’s insurance plan, which means there may be no out-of-pocket cost to you or your employees. If there is no insurance to bill, we do offer discounted pricing to you or your employer.

Why are wellness screenings important?

Wellness screenings are the backbone of a corporate wellness program.  The screenings help detect health problems early on when they are the easiest to manage. Maintaining regular screenings can increase you and your employee's overall well-being, reduce the risk of chronic serious disease, reduce the change of costly medical interventions, and increase work performance with less absenteeism and an even a reduction in workplace injuries.
